18 year old dating 15 year old
I have been through a range of emotions regarding the issue and I’m finally feeling like I’m okay now.
So do I think a relationship between an 18 year old and a 25 year old can work? an age difference that great when one person is a teenager is completely unbalanced and it’s a recipe for disaster as far as the younger person being victimized without their knowledge until years later.
Doesn't his parents have some sort of responsibility to protect him from her contacting him? I am assuming that you child is the son and the girl is for some other parents.
If at any time the daughters parents feel your son is sleeping with their daughter they can press statutory rape charges against your son.
But if you get pissed off and want to screw the other person, you can accuse them of rape then they'll be behind bars for up to 25 years.
Make the church happy and don't have sex for a year. It is totally appropriate for a seventeen year old boy to be dating a sixteen year old girl.
As a 20 year old myself, i cant even comprehend going out with someone four years younger than me, it's just gross.
They will be in a completely different stage of life, not even completed their gcses for heavens sake.
Also you have to question a 19 year old's motives for going out with a 15 year old - why cant he/she find someone their own age? Sure, you'll get people saying "oh this worked for so-and-so and they lasted so go for it', but in reality relationships between two people at that age are VERY unlikely to work out. It's also illegal to do anything sexual with a 15 year old. However supposedly mature a 15 year old may claim to be, they're really not.I’m not arguing whether they are right or wrong, just saying I think this is the way it was.First, I was ALLOWED to be spending unsupervised time with my boyfriend and his friends, who were all his age. But the big one is that nobody responsible thought there was anything wrong with it!
